Executive Director Kelley McChester built Grace Behavioral Health and Wellness to close real gaps in care. Years in outpatient psychiatry revealed how often clients lacked thorough assessment, clear diagnoses, and steady follow-through. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, psychometrician, NCC, and ACS, Kelley combines advanced testing skills with deep therapeutic experience.
Kelley supervises clinicians, designs structured intakes, and oversees quality assurance so every plan is ethical, data-informed, and practical. As a Black-owned, culturally conscious leader, Kelley centers trauma-informed, inclusive care for diverse families across Michigan. Clients benefit from a founder who understands systems and never loses sight of the person in front of the data.
Under the leadership of founder Kelley McChester, Grace Behavioral Health and Wellness honors each client's cultural background, identity, and lived experience.
